recruit bug.....

Post » Tue Aug 31, 2010 4:15 am

so now i am experiencing ANOTHER bug..... now all the NCR troopers have the bandanna+goggles from the recruit legionary helmet on them with their trooper helmets... effing annoying. reloading doesn't help and neither does clearing my cache. i mean c'mon they are NCR not Legion and should not have it on them..... WHAT THE HELL obsidian/bethesda why don't you let your fans know what is going on with the new update and address the sea of problems the game has. You have no problem letting us know about your future DLC's but can't say a single word about the patch????? I'm sick of your customer service at this point and am one step away from calling you myself. I've tried my best to remain calm thus far but this is just straight up neglect or rather the lack of a caring thought about the ridiculously broken game you sold. Say something quit hiding behind your desks.

It just might be that your 360 and/or its hard drive is giving up the ghost. As my original 20gb drive got closer to its end, it experienced more and more errors, in particular the one wherein pressing the power button on the 360 did nothing the first few times. I'd end up getting more disc-read errors, freezes, and crashes that required turning off the unit instead of exiting to dashboard or ejecting the disc.

And do you play other games much at all? If you only play New Vegas, I suggest clearing your system's cache for the game now and then (something like holding both bumpers and X + Y at the same time at the start up, look it up to be sure) or else play 3-5 other games in between sessions of New Vegas (your 360 cycles its game cache per 3 different games or something like that).

I have a brand new slim with a 250gig hard drive that I've had for about a month. I only play new vegas once in awhile because of the bugs, mostly play borderlands and black ops nowadays and some halo here n' there which get alternated pretty frequently definitely nixes that idea. Thank you for the input though it would have been a good thing to try if I still had my old one with the 20gig.

on a side note-
I don't care what anybody says either something that makes your system/computer crash like that isn't good for it at all.

I haven't even been able to complete the game once yet because of the bugs. I always make it a point to beat a game otherwise I don't get my money's worth and well this game is so bug ridden I can't even play it :brokencomputer:
