Annoying bugs in some quests still exist

First off, I will say that love Fallout: New Vegas. Overall, its a fun game to play. However there are some bug issues that just annoy the crap out of me, and for some unknown reason, have yet to be resolved. Bug 1 that bothers me the most. is the Oh My Papa quest. Melissa still does not spawn, even though the last update was supposed to fix bugs in that quest. PC version users can fix this themselves by force spawning her, but console users have gotten that shaft on this one. I have done the quest every way imaginable, but without speaking to Melissa, the quest can't be completed. I finally got so annoyed with it, I have gone back to a save long before I got to that quest. Unfortunately, I have run into another bug on a main quest 'The House Always Wins II' After succesfully getting the securitrons under Caesar at fortification hill updated, I made my way back to the lucky 38 casino, no problems, the legion liked me, so I just waltzed right out. Problem is, on returning to the Lucky 38, and requesting to go to the penthouse to report to Mr. House, it shows a quick flash of the penthouse, then forces be to the basemant of the casino and the elevator is locked out. So now, I am stuck unable to complete yet ANOTHER quest.

Look, I know making a game isn't easy work, or we would all be doing it, but come on guys, listen to the players, and fix these bugs... you're making a great game look bad.

I'm still annoyed by the iron sights glitch. I'm so f-ing tired of watching my arms go above my head in first-person view right when I'm doing a battle. It seems to happen while crouching. Also my male character sometimes makes a woman cry when he gets hurt, what's up with that?

Well, after loading a save game file 5 or 6 times and trying to get the quest to work right just as many, Melissa finally spawned, just no-where near the Khan camp. Gave up on the other issue after the securitrons in the basemant of the lucky 38 killed themselves with grenades and it gave me a big fat fail message for the quest.

Agreed, the iron sights glitch is annoying as hell, that and the weapon just disappearing altogether. The female voice thing I just started running into. Seems like its a bug the testers would have definitely run into.

Yah it's not hard to duplicate. Crouch and shoot a gun, then have a male character and get hit by a bad guy. What the hell are these testers actually doing. Maybe they did find it and the devs don't care. Most likely it's the marketing people don't care, just get it done and out the door by this time cause we said we'd deliver it this day, I'm sure we could patch it later if people complain enough. Jeez.

The big problem with that though, is that more than enough people are complaining about these and many other bugs, but the devs dont seem to care. They barely keep us updated on when patches will be coming now.
