I started playing Fallout NV last night, for an hour, taking my time. I find Sunny and she trains me, then I'm told to use VATS on a Gecko and hit a vital spot. So I go into VATS pick a spot and "A)Accept" is grayed out. So I go to pick another spot, same thing, all spots, same thing. I try to kill Sunny, same thing the Accept is grayed out. I delete the tribal pack (How I'll ever get that back I don't know). I don't have Dead Money and I delete New Vegas off my hard drive then re-install. Issue is still there. I make a new character fresh, STILL the "A)Accept" in VATS is grayed out. I switch weapons and still nothing. Went and cleared my system cache, tried a new game with the update, same result. Cleared cache again without the update, same result. I wonder if it's a disk error. I don't know what to even think at this point except that I'm pretty sure I'm screwed. Pic related, perfect health, none of my limbs broken.

Anyone know a solution please? I'm not playing this game without VATS, it's not like this is a hardcoe FPS where it's easy not to have it.






EDIT: UGH, I wasn't pushing RT after selecting a body part, I'm a [censored]. Problem fixed.
