Description:
When I play Oblivion I like to RP my characters a bit, and this includes taking their armor off when they are just walking around town or switching out of the heavy suit when I want to sneak up on something or not wearing the full suit of iron armor when i went for a swim. But having different sets of armor and switching between them is not easy to do quickly.....so I made this mod.

The main gist of this mod is that you can assign an set of equipped items to a single clutter item, so that when you equip that clutter item all the items you assigned to it will be equipped. It has many options on how it will equip. Along with storing your currently equipped items into a slot, you also set the name of the set which is used on the inventory item and in menus. There are three choices on how to equip the items:
-Replace (only the items in this set are left equipped)
-Equip (Will equip the entire set, unequiping anything that uses the same slots)
-Add to (will only equip objects into empty slots)

Lastly you can choose whether to assign your current spell into the set, so that when these items are equipped, so is the spell.

Now this is good, you have a way to change between items fairly quickly....but what if I could let scripts do it for me? I came up with these auto-equipping options, which are 'In Combat', 'When Sneaking' and 'In Town'.

This mod also comes with a Nehrim compatible version, however that version lacks the town auto-equip feature...simply cause I haven't played it enoughto know the towns yet.

Enjoy!

Okey, so that's pretty nifty :D

I will dl and probably install it if I do an alternative install - too many scripts and mods right now, I am pushing my quad core and memory just to be able to play decent right now.

Congratulation on release!
Cheers!

Congratulations on the mod release! :celebration:

Just curious - doesn't Super Hotkeys already do this (and more)? Some people find it buggy (me including), but I can live with the minor bugs if it reduces my esp count.

EDIT: It seems that this mod does auto-equipping of attire in towns, when sneaking etc.

I like to have a different attire when I am about to fire an arrow (stealthily) - this attire has archery enhacements, but this attire is different from the sneak set (which I use for stealing or doing DB assignments). I guess this mod cannot determine my plan of action (archery vs. thieving etc.), so it might not be what I want, and I'll have to press buttons using superhotkeys.

Way cool, downloaded :)

I always have separate combat and town attire, now I won't even need to push a button to change between them :goodjob:

Okay everyone, I've just done a small update to include a Nehrim compatiable esp in the mod. That version does not include the In Town auto-equip feature, but has everything else.

yay! :celebration:

EDIT: It seems that this mod does auto-equipping of attire in towns, when sneaking etc.

I didnt want to make another hotkeys mod...and this will work along any of the other good hotkey extender mods. I have looked into future versions of being able to 'program' your own situations to equip stuff, so that the user can decide to have certain stuff equip for example in sneak mode in a dungeon without their weapon out....but Im not sure if thats going to end up being feasible.

Also, this mod is very light on the CPU when its needing to swap items....it has 2 quest scripts that run constantly (a mian script with everything) and smaller equipping script that only runs when a variable is set. The only 'checks' it will run each frame is to check your situation (aka, are you in combat?)....I have had no slowdown with it.
