Team killing question

Is there a system that will prevent this? Like someone just killing a player. And using a revive pen to get the exp? Or shooting and healing them for points?

Yeah you're getting negative XP for damage you deal to them.

I wonder if it can actually rank you down if you team kill enough, I would love that, be incentive for people to watch their shots and hopefully get rid of the jerks
