I played MW GOTY and enjoyed the werewolf life style, though sometimes annoying. When Oblivion came out i was disapointed to find out there was only vampirism. I believe Skyrim should havee the full package, Both vamps and wolves. What do you think?

I must admit I don't wish to see werewolves in Skyrim. I just don't see it fitting the 'dragon born' persona

I've no problem with NPC's being werewolves. That would be kinda cool

Lore wise, having only werewolves this time might make more sense. Since the only tribe of vampires spoken of in the lore so far is those that live underwater in frozen lakes, I doubt they would be mistaken for 'normal' people.
Still I would like to see a LOT of story wrapped up in the werewolf, or vampire storylines if they are going to have them. I don't want it to be just a gimmick to buff your character stats. It should have real advantages and REAL disadvantages.

I don't care about becoming a werewolf or werebear personally, but I want them in the game to be hunted
