They keep showing this brute Nord in most of the shots but haven't shown one with a big beard or scruffiness at all? Thought they'd show one by now.

The one that we've seen had a little bit of a beard. They don't want to release everything at once, I guess :sadvaultboy:

It's important to reflect the game in the best light in the first few shots that we have been given. I would imagine that the same Nord character has been shown to give us a familiar frame of reference and allow us to notice the differences in the game world in comparison with Oblivion. I could well be wrong however

Doesn't really bother me. I figure they will release that info, when they are good and ready
Maybe they are saving for later, or maybe it is something they are still working on getting fully implemented.

I'm starting to think they should've used a bearded female Argonian character for the gameplay trailer, considering all the reactions that poor Nord guy seems to have caused on the forums.

I agree though, I'd like to see a lot more of the different races' appearance options, facial hair, etc soon.
