Well the CE actually has a whole section of the book that has art from the game and tips from the devs.

That FO3 CE is tons better the the regular. If you're getting the book you might as well go the extra mile and get the best.

(it has a better cover too  )

the CE for the game comes with a graphic novel. The CE strategy guide has a chapter that has concept art and tips from devs.

No specific art book :sadvaultboy:

# “Lucky 7” poker chips. Each of the seven poker chips was designed to represent chips from the major casinos found on the New Vegas strip and throughout the Mojave Wasteland.
# A fully customized Fallout: New Vegas deck of cards. Each card in the pack has been uniquely illustrated to depict characters and factions found within the game. Use the cards to play poker, blackjack or Caravan, an original card game that was created by Obsidian especially for New Vegas!
# A recreation of the game’s highly coveted “Lucky 38” platinum chip.
# A hardcover graphic novel “All Roads”, that tells the story of some of the characters and events that lead up to Fallout: New Vegas. “All Roads” was written by Chris Avellone, the game’s creative director, and created in conjunction with Dark Horse Comics.
# ‘The Making of Fallout: New Vegas’ DVD. This documentary DVD will contain exclusive video content, including interviews with the developers in which they take you from concept to creation and discuss topics such as story, setting, legacy of the Fallout franchise and more.

That's correct sir, the one with the NCR ranger on front is standard for $25.00. The CE has Vault Boy gambling for $35.00

You mean for FO3? If so yes, and you get all the devs personal tips and fun things to do. As for New Vegas, any art from the book is not the same as the Game CE because there is no art in the Game CE.

This pertains to the CE version of the game. Thanks for posting this though I just wanna make sure people know that you don't get this for buying the CE guide. The CE guide is more 'In depth' also with the art book in the back of it.

* Oh yeah and its hard covered too B) *

I personally thought the collectors edition for Fallout NV would have been more awesome if they included a snow globe with vault boy in it.

You must not do much reading.
A great deal of books have a hard cover and soft cover version.

Large books are much better with a hardcover otherwise it won't last as long. Got to a college bookstore and look at a stack of hardcover textbooks next to a stack of the same book with softcovers.
