The only problem will be he will be a child so you cannot kill him so he will follow you forever. This is another example of why children should not be in the game.

I don't think he should "return" because he's not from Skyrim.

But there should be a wide variety of NPCs of various types. Including annoying or "odd" ones. Like the Adoring Fan. And maybe some that follow you around.

And I would be surprised if we don't see some annoying wood elves in Skyrim.

Dont be fooled, everybody adores the adoring fan but they just dont want to admit it, why else would they let him follow them and watch them and worship the ground they walk on?

We don't. We tell him to sod off the after we skip all his dialog.

No matter how annoying he is, I think there would be a huge hole in the game without him. And, i'm sure Skyrim has a Dive Rock equivalent. :flamethrower::shocking:

What do you guys think?

Gotta agree with you on that one (High Hrothgar, anybody?)

I think they should continue the tradition with an annoying person, but not the adoring fan.
Someone new. :)

This. Don't want the Annoying Fan back. Voted "no." Now, another annoying Bosmer, sure...they're good for that sort of thing.

We've done Necromancers to death, had the comic-relief Necrophile alchemist- maybe in Skyrim a Bosmer who's serious about getting back to his http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Green_Pact roots, except the Nords don't take too kindly to his constantly droning on about it. :D

What about a Khajiit addicted to skooma? :bonk:

(I like the idea of a drunk Nord, but i suspect we will see lots of them in Skyrim) :foodndrink: :foodndrink: :foodndrink:

Not the adoring fan, but someone to play a similar role.

Gaenor >_>

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tribunal:Gaenor - Him alone made me not like the Bosmer race much.

well first of all it seems no one has taken in account that if it was the same guy in oblivion, he would be more then 200 years old..... so I don't think he can return, unless there is some life span issue I am not aware of.

I voted yes only because there wasn't an I don't care option. I never really cared that he was there. I told him to go away and didn't have to bother with him again. big whoop!

I think that the specific character we saw in Oblivion would be dead after two hundred years. Besides, you can't have an Adoring Fan if there's nothing to be adored for, the Adoring Fan only appeared after you became the Grand Champion, so assuming the Arena doesn't return, what would he adore us for?

how about being the last dragon born? is it the last? idk...well how about being A dragon born?

Lol funny story about that..on Oblivion I made a Khajiit that I messed with the facial editing and skin tone features so much he looked like a white rabbit. I named him Skoomy, his class was a custom class built for speed and acrobatics called Skoomite. I got as much skooma as I good and ran laps naked around Bravil building speed and stacking skooma until I was able to jump off of a flight of stairs and over the wall into the strange, glitchy void of the city exterior.

The fan is dead, his body was found at the base of dive rock.

The Grand Champion denied any involvement and promptly incinerated all reporters.

A new fan would be nice to kick down those 7000 steps...
