Spell Visuals not appearing

For some reason, when I or an npc casts spells, the auras and or particles don't appear. Help please!

If you grab the latest version of TIE (1.36), all spell effects have been re-introduced.

Yeah I saw that just after Arkngt posted. Thanks a bunch for bringing them back!
