A Valid Opinion...

MW and Oblivion had their release date changed to complete the game. I imagine they learned a thing or two with that and now allow sufficient time for release.

And at one time I remember Todd or Pete one or the other saying that during the end stages of making Oblivion part of the team, concept artists, quest writers and other parts of the team that was done with Oblivion started working on Fallout:2. So I would imagine that prior to FO:3's release that part of the team that did the early stages of work moved over to work on Skyrim.

Im sure the game has been in development for plenty of time now and because of that they were able to safely place the release on the novalty of 11.11.11. This game will be fine on release.

I agree with the more optimistic of the fans here because I highly doubt that they will ignorantly pump out a game of this magnitude without polishing it up as best they can. I remember reading in an article that Bethesda was taking its time and waiting until they were thoroughly ready to announce the game. The short distance between announcement and release does not indicate inadequate amounts of time for developing or debugging, it only means that Bethesda announced the game when they felt comfortable with their progress thus far. Let's just be happy :foodndrink:

If they were smart they would release the game with a few intentionally harmless bug, but already have a patch for it made, that way they can make it look like they worked really hard when they didn't. Thus adding to their credibility.

I agree, I hope the majority of players would be able to accept a delay, I know I would.

I hope 2K is not involved with this whats so ever. After 2K and Civ V, I am so disapointed with 2K I don't want to ever buy another 2K game again. So please no 2K involvement here. I would hate to buy another 2K game.

Well, They've worked 3 Years at 11 11 11 and with more People for the project, i heard it was about 90 of them.

And i really think they will release it at 11 November because, if their are a few bugs they'll just release Quick Patches !
