Request for Clarification: Weren't the Ayleids Altmer who settled in present-day Cyrodiil? That is, they are called Ayleid for geographic/evolutionary clarity?

Though at the same time it's like saying that Americans are really just the Queens subjects that moved out of England.

Ehlnofey-> Elves-> Aldmer > Orsimer, Breton (half), Altmer, Chimer-> Dunmer
Falmer-> Reiklings? Bosmer -> Kajiit
Dwemer
Aylieds

I don't think it was ever confirmed that Reiklings are related to the Falmer at all. There is speculation about it, but that's all.

We got the better location, but the English got the better accent. I'm not sure who wins there. :P
