I posted this in the official bug thread, but I was wondering if anyone encountered it. The four legion mongrels that you have to fight for Melody's bear spawned with 1600 health. I checked with "getAV health". That makes this free form quest just a wee bit difficult.

1600 health?!? no wonder I'm getting pwnd...

Also, I'm fighting 2 dogs not 4 (speech check with Antony) and I still get killed within 30 seconds.

Definitely this is a bug.
