Normally everyone here is very helpful when it comes to this, so I figured I would ask again.

Would prefer it to be on Steam, but I have impulse and GOG accounts as well.

I am looking for something RPG-ish, but it doesn't have to have a strong story line (or none at all) where you are just basically allowed to do what ever you want.
I already have Mount and Blade (and WB) and morrowind (both come to mind of what I am wanting) and was also thinking about checking out two worlds II.

Anyone here played TW2? Is it any good? And fable 3 is out on the PC now isn't it?
I would like to stay under $40 but I would go to $60 if the game play time is there.

I haven't played DA 2 yet, but to be honest its a bit to linear for what I want.

So, any great suggestions anyone?
I would like something like Mount and Blade but more involved and with out a world map travel.
