Cannot complete Wild Card: Change in Management quest.

So I disabled Mr. House and got the Lucky 38 keycard, but when I go to Yes Man inside the Tops casino to finish the quest, nothing happens. The "meet with Yes Man" line in my quest log is greyed out, which would mean it's completed, but the quest itself isn't completed and remains active.

I read online that Yes Man should be telling me to meet him outside the Lucky 38, but obviously, that hasn't happened.

I've also read that the Securitrons should've attacked me when I was trying to access Mr. House's secret chamber to kill/disable him, but that didn't happen.

One thing I should note: I completely did the quests in the wrong order because 1) the storyline is a bit convoluted and 2) I wasn't paying the greatest of attention to what questgivers were saying to me. That said, I assumed that things would take care of themselves and not result in a complete dead end and the inability to finish the game, which is pretty ridiculous.

This is the order of how I went about completing the main storyline quests:

Dealt with the Omertas
Went to Caesar's camp, killed him and got the Platinum Chip
Freed Benny
Gave Platinum Chip to Mr. House
Tried to continue main quest for Mr. House, but for some reason, I couldn't
Dealt with NCR/Boomer/Great Khan/Brotherhood/White Glove factions
Went into Lucky 38 to try again to continue main quest, but couldn't
Accidentally stumbled into secret life-support chamber of Mr. House
Disabled Mr. House
Retrieved the Lucky 38 keycard because it was the next part of the "Wild Card: Change in Management" quest
Returned to Yes Man inside Tops casino, he says nothing
No main storyline quests remaining so I cannot continue Fallout: New Vegas

^ I downloaded/installed both of the updates, and there's still no resolution.

So is this going to be fixed, or am I not going to be able to finish my game?

Yeah...............

Haven't played the game since this happened; I want to finish this playthrough before starting another one, and I also don't want to possibly experience this same exact bug again in the next playthrough.

So what's up? Is there a way around this or a fix coming soon?

Hmm, sounds odd to me also when you say Yes-man is still inside the Tops. After talking to him for the first time, he should move to just outside of the Tops and disappear from the room.
