Whether character based or based on what they wear in game?

Yeah. Going to Wal Mart to buy some Bethesda Products* would be great while dressed as the Shield or the Dude.

I do not, at all, have a gun pointed at my head and angry Bethesda employees outside my house. And I also did not put firecrackers inside all their toilets. That's sure to wreck some havoc.*

I'd love an anger hoodie, but I'm pretty sure I'd look like homeless with it all ripped up. Still, totally worth it.
