Dude:
LISTEN TO THIS VERY CAREFULLY.
DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL A "TON" OF MODS AT THE SAME TIME!!!
You are fairly new to Oblivion modding, so much goes over your head at this moment. But once you have understood the basics, it will be easy.
At the moment, just install OOO (not MMM). I will list out what to do, but you must do that and only that before you install this mod and that mod and let things go haywire again.
1) Uninstall Oblivion (and all other official addons like Knights of the Nine, Shivering Isles, Frostcrag Tower etc if you have them) from Control Panel. Delete the C:\Program Files\Bethesda Studios\Oblivion folder entirely.
2) Reboot.
3) Insert the CD, reinstall the game in C:\Games\Oblivion (you'll have to choose this manually, as the automatic path is not recommended if you are using Vista/Win 7). If you have the GOTY edition, install Shivering Isles.
3) Install the official patches if you don't have the GOTY edition of Oblivion - they can be found here: http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/updates_patches.htm
Install the English patch if you have the English game, only install patch v. 1.2.0416.
4) Install the DLCs (Knightso f the Nine, etc. if you have them)
5) Do you know how to use OBMM - first, download a mod as a .rar or .zip or .7z file. Save it in any folder except the Data folder in Oblivion. I suggest creating a folder called C:\Oblivion Mods\. Download all mods into this folder in the future.
6) HOW TO USE OBMM: Open OBMM, look for a button below that says "Add Archive". Select any mod you downloaded, and click on Create OMOD. This could take some time and really long time for mods like OOO (it is not 000 by the way). ABout 5 minutes or more for OOO depending on your PC speed. Once OMOD is created, a message box pops up telling you so. Then the Mod name is listed on the right window. If you double-click on the mod name and make the square next to it blue, you will "Activate" the mod, which means you have installed the mod.
And remember, you should make a separate OMOD for each .rar/.zip/.7z file you download. Don't combine unless instructed to do so. SO it is not OK to lump all patches, OOO etc. in one OMOD (Big NO NO).
7) Download the unofficial patches from here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5296, followed by http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27710. Create OMODS for both of them and install as indicated in Step 6 above.
8) If you have Shivering Isles (SI), download and install this: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10739. Same method of creating OMODS in step 6.
9) If you use official DLCs, install this: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9969
10) Download OOO and install using the guide listed here: http://www.tesivpositive.animolious.com/?page=guides_mod_installation&subpage=ooo_installation_guide
11) MMM is not easy for you yet - just play with OOO for the time being. Once you read more, then think about installing OOO using the guide here: http://www.tesivpositive.animolious.com/?page=guides_mod_installation&subpage=mmmforooo_installation_guide
12) If you get yellow exclamation marks etc., you missed some step somewhere in my list or the guides I linked to. This has worked for everybody, so it works. You need to carefully follow each and every step and double-check, and if you still get errors, report it here (OI repeat, this method has worked for everybody).
13) OOO is just that - OOO 1.33 + OOO_134_Beta_5_Patch.7z. MMM files are NOT OOO.
14) Set "Lock Times" off in OBMM. Right-click and select it to allow BOSS to run properly.
15) BOSS is NOT to be OMODed. Just unzip the files such that BOSS.bat, BOSS.exe, and the masterlist.txt are installed under your data folder. Download the latest masterlist, and replace the one in your data folder that you just unzipped. Double-click on BOSS.bat (not exe), and it will take 15 seconds or less to do its magic. You don't have to do anything, and BOMM is not for you i you don't have MS Word 2007.
16) Forget Wrye Bash/BAIN at the moment - too advanced for you. Just use OBMM.
