Mod Help, NPCs to use added spells

I am looking for help from the modding community to help me to get magic using NPCs to ONLY use the spells added by certain magic mods (such as Fearsome Magicka and Midas Magic). I personally fin default Oblivion spells very boring, and while these mods add cool spells for ME to use, I still see NPCs primarily throwing the same svcky Vanilla spells at me.


Basically what I am asking is= How can I force magic using NPCs to ONLY use FM (+Midas etc.) spells, and to remove all boring Vanilla Oblivion spells?


Is what I am asking possible? Will these cause problems with other mods? Is the solution to simply "delete" all Vanilla spells from the Construction Set? Please help! =)
