HELP! MY GAME is BEING DEVOURED!

So something like messed with another in the process of modding and now certain sections of my game are "clear" as if there is a wall of gray that covers it up and it seems like you can walk through this wall and I don't know how to fix it. Basically the ground is missing in certain places, whole mountains in others. I"ve taken some screenshots!

I've deactivated all my mods and uninstalled them and then reinstalled them. No change what so ever :( ....

Do you have a DXDiag to show as well? Because you never know if those pics you showed could be related to computer hardware as well!

It's an INI setting... not sure which one it is, but try "tlb" in the console... tlb is litebrite, it basically disables lighting, and I think that's a side effect. LOD does not disappear when you get close to it and instead gets transfixed on top of existing stuff.
