Drekmoors mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20867
Murphys mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16806
you really should try them both out before trying my mod, which will be released in the near future!
now, lets begin.
It all starts with finding a blue box whilst looking around the Imperial City Palace. after solving a puzzle to gain entrance to the TARDIS you have to solve yet another puzzle to gain the ability to regenerate AND fly the TARDIS.
im sure those who have played Drekmoors version of this mod know that it was very good, and has nothing wrong with it, but you will also know that along with it being a good mod it lacks a story. this mod brings a story and a backstory to the TARDIS, along with a vision into your own future!
a letter from your character in the future to your character in the present is below.
this message contains minor spoilers but nothing that will ruin the story for you, because there are many more messages hidden around the world!
This is going to be hard to explain, but I'm gonna give it my best shot.
I am... you. I know what is going through your mind right now because this has all happened before and will happen again. I will start by telling you how this all happened; I was being attacked, I cant remember what happened fully, and I was forced to regenerate. The one problem was that I had used all of my Regenerations a long time ago. you see, you only get 12 of them so be careful about what you do. When the TARDIS materialized around me I began a process of dying. In order to prevent it I directed the energy at the TARDIS console. In doing so I not only caused a tear in the Space Time Continuum, but I also damaged the TARDIS beyond repair. It crashed in Morrowind killing no-one.
Now I will answer a few questions you need and want answers to.
1. Why are you here? Well that is simple, this is your pre-destination paradox. you will oneday be forced to go through the events I mentioned before.
2. How did you get here? The same as the last question, its your pre-destination paradox.
3. Why cant you get out? after I wrote this I managed to get the TARDIS to fly one last time, that is what caused the TARDIS to become a burning wreck. It also tore the ship apart, I'm actually surprised that any of this survived.
4. Where am I now? I was most likely killed after opening the tear in space time to be large enough for you to get to.
5. How do you stop this? That's not as simple as the rest of the questions, I will be blunt with you I know that's what I would want at a time like this, you can stop it, but it will be hard. The only way to stop it that I can think of right now is to never reach your your 12th regeneration. Its up to you to find a way to stop it.
By the time you read this I will be dead. I will find a way to escape from where ever the hell that tear in space time goes. If I can't do that I'll find a way to change myself into a guardian to protect the tear that leads to the TARDIS.
this is the last note your character writes before he/she goes through the rift.
the message above gives you the basic outline of what its about.
thoughts and suggestions are welcome!
thanks for taking the time to read!
