Where'd they go? : Fallout: New Vegas

So my companions, Rex and Raul, have disappeared. They're marked on my map but they aren't there...
This is of course after the new crap I mean patch.

Nevermind they were in The Throne but it still said they were following me...

I had the same problem with ED-E after DM was released, said he was in Nellis AFB yet he was nowhere to be found.
