Is the High Roller suite in the tops the same as the Presidential suite? I'm just curious if the key I get from Benny a while back is essentially worth 7.5k.

Dunno, i never gambled in the Tops (or any casino yet), but i noticed that in on the character who have killed benny and taken his key, the Chairmen now refer to me as "the high roller".
