I hope this game feels like Bloodmoon

Since Bloodmoon is the most fun I've had playing any part of the Elder Scrolls series and since Skyrim will be snow covered like Solsthiem was.

I'm sure they have taken some experiences from the making of Bloodmoon into Skyrim. But it probably won't feel like Bloodmoon.

Bethesda have previously stated that they aim to make each TES-game unique and for itself. They are, in other words, seperated games.

What will "feel" like Bloodmoon in Skyrim will probably and most obviously be partly the environment. Some Nordic culture as well. As we know, Draugr are in.
But more than that, it probably won't feel like Bloodmoon.

Solsteim is part of Skyrim so I'm sure it will have a similar terrain and feel.

It is not part of Skyrim. It is its own independent island.

Its climate is part of Skyrim.
It is not part of any Provence becasue it was made up for the Bloodmoon expansion. But is seems like it would be more likely to be part of Skyrim.

Chances are, over the years, the Nords succeeded in capturing the island. It could also be assumed that with most Dunmer flocking to Solstheim as refuges. They could be using it as granted land.

Ya, in the Fall of the Snow Prince it describes how the Nords captured Solstheim from the Dunmer, but then It does seem like there's a source somewhere that says the Dunmer are taking refuge there after the fall of the Ministry of Truth. Maybe it was in the Greg Keyes novel?
Anyhow, I agree that Bloodmoon was a lot of fun. And although I 'm sure Skyrim will indeed be it's own thing (obviously), they do seem to be including some nice elements from Bloodmoon like lycanthropy, horkers, mining, and I'm sure alot of the culture will be there. Like Mead halls and such.
