I'm pretty sure that whole silver skin thing has thoroughly been retconed. If not, it certainly should be. It doesn't get any tackier than that, folks.

Actually, I just made a thread that has a semi-plausible reason for it.

Mostly because retcons annoy the hell out of me.

Presumably. Belharza was named the Man-Bull, so people assume he is a minotaur, but its never really stated. Likewise, he was the 2nd king of Cyrodiil, and it makes sense for him to be the son of Alessia and Morihaus, but he doesn't have to be. They could have had a whole lot more kids who didn't make it into the history books.

It's also possible he was a Nord, since they often have names such as "Ulfgar the Man-Bear" and such titles.

But I think it would be really freaking awesome if he were a minotaur.

Lady N, the retcon was the Knhatn flu. At least, that's what removed them from relevancy.

We should keep in mind that the Elder Scrolls' gods are nothing unusual among mythological gods. The Olympian gods impregnated women by taking the form of a bull, a swan, a shower of golden light, and other forms. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autochthon_(ancient_Greece)

Maybe I'm just a softie but I prefer to think Alessia and Morihaus had the whole true love/mutual friendship thing going on. They fought together through some really tough wars and had plenty of time to bond. Granted, the logistics of it all may seem repulsive to our sensibilities, but this is a universe where people make whoopie with mounds of dirt so that flies out the window.

True. I forget which book it was in, but MK wrote of Pelinal saying to Morihaus that "We are Ada, Mor," going on to remind Morihaus that although the latter had fallen in love, he should remember he was a god involved with a mortal.

Never did Pelinal counsel Morihaus in time of war, for the man-bull fought magnificently, and led men well, and never resorted to Madness, but the Whitestrake did warn against the growing love with Perrif. This is the exact quote I would use to argue in favor of Morihaus fathering the Minotaurs and other monsters.
