Game Controling PipBoy

Post » Mon Nov 15, 2010 5:29 am

i would think it would be easy to make an Iphone app that allows it to be a pip boy. it could connect via IP like Dish Network remote access works. I can control my Reciever from iphone. it has a short delay but if it was just for stuff like dropping items or making changes it wouldn't need to be instantaneous.

it would probably work better on the pc then the xbox.

but i want it

It sounds cool, better not be expensive, for when my dogs step on it / eat it / blow it up, ya know the usual, that way I can buy a new one.

I like the idea of the Iphone app, but it won't work for everyone cause they don't have one.......still reckon it would be fun to try!

Caravan Craz, I would love to see that Iphone holder!! sounds really cool.....aslong as it takes Iphone 3gs'.....Would be willing to buy one off you even as long as the buttons had LEDs in them :P

Sadly the iphone Bluetooth is crippled to only work with other iphone.....BACK ON TOPIC <_<
Bluetooth? Wrong. Moron.
I'd imagine an iPhone (and perhaps even Android?) app that connected via WiFi to your computer and allowed you to change weapons and use items would be rather cool and somewhat practical, but not by very much.

However, it would still be miles more probable than a real Pip-Boy. The chances of that being possible are somewhere between "a snowballs chance in hell" and "unpossible".
