Sorry if this has already been asked or is the wrong place for this, but i have a weird graphic issue, when i load my save, some of the clothing (normally only headgear) will be messed up, while other times they are fine, this happened to me in FO3 also, but i never got a reply, i can post my computer info is someone thinks they might know the problem and tells me what i need to post (im not very good with computers) i've tried reinstalling hoping that would fix it but it hasnt, i'll post screenshots below, if i did something wrong please let me know politely so i can fix it.

the first screenshots are the Papa Khans armor at different angles and moving around a little (movement made the texture change).

EDIT: while playing the tan hat was working fine, then i took it off and put it back on and it was like the picture again.
