Sorry guys, don't know what to tell you. I'm running Win 7 with UAC active and am not having a problem. I'm not even running OBMM as an administrator, although I did give my user account full access to the Oblivion directory and I do NOT have it installed under program files.

I'm an XP man myself so no use to either of you Good luck in any case.
