My Xbox is not patching

Post » Thu Nov 25, 2010 9:59 am

So I have avoided the bugged patch entirely and have not gone online in FONV for at least a week. I just went online (2:00pm EST) and did not receive any patch or notification of a patch for Fallout New Vegas.

I have the Xbox Live Games on Demand version of Fallout New Vegas. I think my client version is 1.2.0.315

Does anyone know why my game will not patch?

I appreciate any help or info, thanks.

My guess this is due to the new patch, there have been several people now that haven't been able to download this patch while using the On Demand version of FNV.

Thanks for the info, it is good to know I am not alone. I have since cleared my Xbox 360 cache and redownloaded the patch to 1.2.0.315.

Got the exact same problem and it sux! I gave my disc to my son and bought the on-demand version when it came out and now have to deal with another support issue. They need to get there crap together!

What's funny is that on demand came out recently. They should have waited until the patch came out then make the on-demand version have the patch already installed.

It's most likely Microsoft "checking out" the patch, like they do with everything else.
