The freak kills the anger with a clean looking Caesar revolver, if its not a Caesar (which is resistance only, I'm pretty sure), it might be somekind of unlockable revolver.

Pretty sure it was the Ritchie, the Ceaser is a lot more cylinder like.

Your talking about the ritchie and yes you can use it but the caesar is only a Pre-order bonus.

In his Q&A, Rahdo stated that the preorder weapons mimic weapons already in the game. The revolver that the Caesar is modeled after is called the Ritchie, and it is available in game.

Sort of. Their are "paints" to choose from thta change the color and texture. As seen in one vid if oyu shoose the color red from originally black stripes appear on the shirt. Gun wise for resistance: Skins that have graffiti and diffrent rust and wear and tear patterns.
Gun wise for Security: i believe camos and security colors are available.

Without Pre-Ordered 5 pistols (3 semi-auto pistols, 1 revolver, and 1 machine pistol). 7 in total plus the Pre-Order packs (The Psyco and Spec Ops, Caesar and Hockler).
