They talk about only being able to use 3 abilities at once (console = arrows) but what if the abilities are upgrades (turret lvl 2 or incr supplies(medic)) do you need to sacrifice a space for a passive ability that you don't "click" if you know what I mean?

And two once you hit lvl 20, can you still respec abilities for the cost of one lvl or is this not allowed anymore?

You can drop a level to reallocate your points.
