A few combat related ideas

In this thread i'll mention some of my thoughts and ideas on melee combat. First of all the ability to choose left or right handed would make fights more interesting individually, changing the shield/axe side. Secondly, why can't we kick someone when we have a sword and shield? Why aren't acrobatics in combat? Why can't I jump off a 5 foot ledge and come down with a power attack with my war hammer? Thirdly i'm going to describe an interesting fight with some of my ideas in it. First the ideas, one a partial blocking table another a partail sword table.
Blocking
-50 (or above medium perk) level perk)you can push a person off balance with your shield tiny damage (slow)
-75 (or high level perk)you can smash someone with the bottom or side of the shield , doing small damage but faster then push
-Master(or last perk) you can pull your shield up quicker, allowing you to stop an attack while recoiling back, will not make them recoil (only when PERFECTLY timed)
Sword
-Master (or last perk) you can push someones weapon out of the way (PERFECTLY timed)
Result: An experienced swordsmans sword is a defensive and offensive weapon. Blocking masters shield is both aswell.

Example: A right handed nord swings their sword at you sideways at elbow level. You being a Master swordsman step back and push his sword past you with your left handed sword revealing his back, you send a power attack his way. But maybe he's a master blocker, quickly spinning and pulling his shield up pushing your sword away. You then use a power strike with both swords on his shield forcing the nord back, then he blocks an attack and swings his sword downward at you, but your a master acrobat aswell, you roll to the side avoiding his attack. You then follow this by stomping him in the front of his knee, swinging your left handed sword into his shield sending it to the side. You then thrust your sword through his throat while he is off balance winning the battle. Imagine every fight like this...epic replay value, epic finishing combo. Like the ideas or dislike them?

They aren't going to have the skill stages like novice, journeyman, master, etc. There doing perks, so any special moves that can be done with the block skill will be unlocked by choosing it's perk. Not by what level you are.
