I tried telling the guard I was a ghoul. It worked. I walked past him and found the water source. No chip. So this time I tried becoming a prisoner. I had two options, 1) doom my people and get dipped in acid, or 2) become a prisoner.

I managed to escape my cell but found no safe way out of the military base, for all routes seemed to have super mutants which would rip me in half with big ass laser guns. So I tried to NOT talk to the idiot super mutant, and search around. Couldn't find a water chip. I have only 60 days left, and becoming a prisoner seems hopeless for a level 5. Need some help witht his part.

He isnt taking you to some base in the necropilis, he's taking you to one of 2 end-game areas.
