Just like before trying to create a shortcut for the obse loader with the -editor at the end does not work.

Looking at the picture in the link I see the targt has a quote around it then the -editor ... but when i add those and click apply they do not stick the next time I look at the properties of the shortcut and on launch the CS crashes immediately.

Maybe the quotes thing or something else is different for Vista?

Anyone else have suggestions?

I'm using http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=6283 to launch utilities. Might try that.

No didn't work - it will launch the CS without OBSE though. CS is fine without OBSE - I will probably have to open a thread in the CS forum to resolve this, but not right now.

No - for some reason I've never been able to open the CS with OBSE - tried many times - always crashes. First time was trying to get to load with Wrye bash and still nothing.

I've used the CS many times and obviously have used OBSE with Oblivion, but never together.

I'm lost on this one.

yes this. survival/realism mods are whats missing from my nehrim game. tried realistic fatigue, game started but seemingly without the mod taking effect.

snippity..

[edit] then I'm sorry but what did you mean http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1116073-release-nehrim-at-fates-edge-english-version/page__view__findpost__p__16390673 about your conclusions regarding Wrye Bash?

Sorry about the necro-threading, I've been away awhile.

What I meant was that I was trying to change the master dependency of the bashed patch from Oblivion to Nehrim. However, Nehrim was already a master, so before I changed it, it looked like so:

oblivion.esm
nehrim.esm

After I changed it, it looked like so:

nehrim.esm
nehrim.esm

Nehrim was listed twice as the master, one of which was orange due to overwriting the first.

The reason I was having problems was because I was trying to tweak a gmst that wasn't present in Nehrim, at least that's my understanding. When I removed that tweak, everything worked fine.

Sorry to see you're having issues with the scripting thing. To run CS with OBSE, I just copied the shortcut and changed the target like so:

"C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\obse_loader.exe" -editor

Note the space between the loader.exe" and -editor.

Hope this helps.
