My Skyrim

I think everyone, when they first heard that there would be a new Elder Scrolls game instantly got a vision of what their ultimate Skyrim would be, no doubt different from person to person. When I first heard about Skyrim i was ecstatic, just thinking about what Bethesda would be able to make this time around made my mind boggle. I instantly imagine a world so immersive, so deep and alive that I actually would feel like I'am inside this game world. I cant wait for that first awe inspired moment when I step out into the sunlight, feeling that I can pretty much go which ever direction I want, talk to anyone I fancy or kill whatever creature I encounter. Before me I can see huge mountains, at their peeks snow cover the jagged rocks, when i look further down following the streams of melted glacial water trees appear, in the lush green valleys animals stride in herds. In the distance a black shadow can be seen up in the clouds...

This is the feel i want Bethesda to capture!

What does your ultimate Skyrim world feel like?

cosy nighttimes huddled up close to the fire in my log cabin, preparing potions for tomorrows expedition into the snowy mountain tops

Running through the forest in the middle of a blizzard, skidding to a halt right before a road, and hiding behind a tree as the torchlight of a caravan shines down the road. To knock an arrow as the lead guard walks past, and release it into his skull as the caravan begins to pass. The remaining guard charging at me only to be knocked down by a shot to the leg and finished off with a sword blow. To chase after the merchant as he tries to run from me, dodging through the forest, and to finally kill him before he reaches town.

Skip to 8 min inn. (This was shared with the world over a half year ago btw.)

Combined with 3d and touch gameplay.

Cities as islands of warmth and humanity scattered over a harsh, bleak wilderness. Remains of an ancient culture strewn across the land. A struggle through the wilderness. Nord customs that I at first don't understand. Tense silences, violent outbreaks. Uneasy agreements with the enemies of my enemies.

A game which gives me a bigger and deeper experience, the more effort I put into playing it and thinking about it.

Basically like the northern part of Sweden in spring when the snow is kinda melting away from places.
And add to that some creepy goth ruins here and there with some nice middle age design to them and you'll get a fairly good vision of how I imagine it.
