I found Mod "Epic Characters" ( http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25208 , its size = 170 MB) with unique heads.

My favorite head lies in folder "Meshes\characters\RavenElfHead06\cb\" with name "H06_Fem1.nif"
(other heads unique too, but Fem1 is the best for me )

I wish to ask someone to make Eyelashes ( or convert existing eyelashes "Meshes\characters\RavenElfHead06\EyelashesH06.nif" ) for this beautiful head.

Maybe someone know easy way to do it by myself ?
I have "NifScope", can i change eyelashes using it ?

You can try! Have both files open in separate instances of NifSkope. Select the eyelash you want in the render window, this will highlight it in the list on the left. Right-click and select 'copy branch'. In the other window repeat process except select 'paste branch' to overwrite the eyelash you don't want. This may or may not work. Texture path may need changing.

The "H06_Fem1.nif" is one of the variations from throttlekitty's Head06 Resource Pack. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20166 There are eyelashes for it in the original mod. They are in the variations folder and are named "LashH06_Fem1.nif"

It is absolutely necessary to read the readme and all instructions to make them work.

No no no. Mod "Epic Characters" has its own Fem_1 head mesh and common "Head06" eyelashes don't suit for it, I checked this out.
