Learning curve

Post » Wed Dec 15, 2010 8:34 am

Hi all.

I am from England and so still have to wait 2 days for my Pre-order copy! i was just wondering what the ;earning curve was like, as i have read that it is surposed to be pretty high. I haven't played many FPS. COD, Homefrotn and Mass Effect really, however im not bad. I was just wondering what you felt about the difficulty and if it is that hard, and why??

Thx

I am no expert but I don't think Mass Effect actually is an FPS... If I am correct, which I doubt, isn't Mass Effect third person?

There's a bit of a learning curve to it. Being completely new to team-oriented FPS games, I picked it up in about 2 hours. It helps a lot to go through the challenges. Trust me.

Well im from Scotland....not that it matters.

But i wont lie to you.

I havent played the game yet, but judging from what i know - from vids and from people who are on it now.

Yes, Brink is a really HIGH and extensive learning curve, in the sense that.

Its hard....you will die ALOT....get frustrated - throw your controller about for a few hours.

And THEN you will probably grasp it like any other game.

As they do say - Practice makes perfect.
