Well....
My steam has crashed, and i cant get it back up. Done everything but uninstall and reinstall (will this delete my other steam games btw?)
I live in a small town, with no shop that sells games, so i cant just go out and buy it.
And unless im missing something, there is no online download verson other then the one on steam.

No,you won't lose anything,re-install it.I've done it many times.
Your Steam account is always there,and some files i think also remain in HD after uninstall,so you won't have any problem,only that it takes some time.
