a probable -dumb question- about Francescos and other mods

so I'm using Francescos which has the mobs system I thinks?

so my dumb question is am I safe to use some other armor mods? or do they have to be made especially for mobs and frans

I guess what I want to know will it unbalance my game bad if I use some of the other armor mods for my game or am I kind of stuck with what I got

That depends entirely upon the other armor mods. One modder might give an armor stats that are in line with MOBS and the next one might not. There's absolutely no way to answer your question without knowing exactly which armor mods you're talking about.

Myself, I don't worry about the issue much. But if I do feel a weapon or armor (or anything else for that matter) feels unbalanced then I change it in the construction set. That is actually how I learned to use the construction set in the first place.

MOBS only deals with weapons so the possible issue is when adding modded weapons to the game rather. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes4Mod:FCOM#MOBS.2FOMOBS_Weapons has a list with weapon mods that has MOBS/OMOBS stats/patches. For others it's impossible to give a general answer. If they are balanced as vanilla weapons they will be weak compared to MOBS weapons, but in some cases modded weapons are rather overpowered compared to MOBS.
