I think we should be able to see the akaviri beast races in skyrim! even if we don't get see all of them we should at least see one!
and if one is included, i want it to be the Ka Po Tun becasue in lore they are the only living thing to that
can turn into a dragon besides dragons

Apart from that, yes it would be cool, but no for practicality, lore and what we have already been told of the game. Also, one of them MAY have succeeded in turning into a dragon. There is no reason to assume that they all can. They would also need to have gotten through other parts of the empire before coming to Skyrim and then become intergrated there to be even closely considered as in the game at all, let alone playable. Dreaming is all good and fun but this won't happen in TES V.

Considering there is a war of extinction going on between the Tsaesci and Ka Po' Tun and Kamal and Tang Mo are probably still bound in their annual struggle, i doubt any of the nations of Akavir has the time or resources to mount an expedition to Tamriel.
