[RELz] Tealpanda's New Potions v2

Post » Tue Jan 04, 2011 2:00 pm

This mod adds lots of new potions, books of alchemy recipes, and an automatic potion brewer to Oblivion.

The new potions could be created by the player in-game, given a sufficient alchemy skill. There are two versions of most of the potions - the cheap random loot version is priced like a homemade potion and the "grand" version can be purchased in stores. There is also an automatic potion brewer which will create the potions for you if you have sufficient skill and the right ingredients. There are three alchemy recipe books and two "elixirs" - potions you couldn't make in-game, but that makes sense (restore all 8 attributes).

Comments / feedback / suggestions welcome.

I've beenmeaning to use this but all my esp slots are full - that makes me a sad panda! :hubbahubba:

How is the compatibility of this with COBL, alluring potion bottles etc?

It's in the sig. There's no version number on the download, so you just have to trust to luck I suppose.

It's completely compatible with Alluring Potion Bottles or any other potion replacer. My mod does not affect any of the potions that came with the original game. As far as I know it doesn't have any conflicts with COBL either.

@Fergus
The version number is also listed in the readme included in the download.

I assume you wouldn't mind me making the new potions available for sale at mod-added vendors (such as Corepc's Tamriel Travellers) via Item Interchange, would you?

It would be cool to get this ItemInterchage-integrated! Now I should really try to open an esp slot for this!
