Forms of fighting.

What I found funny in oblivion is how everyone swung their weapons the same way. Is there any note on skill affecting animations? Such as a novice in One-handed would swing his blade forcefully trying to understand using it while a Master would fluently control the force of his blade. A novice of destruction will shoot his attacks while his arms studder and fingers unbalance trying to control it's power while a Master would shoot flames from his hands with speed and control.
I heard that their putting something like this in the game. Is it confirmed?

The only thing I think is confirmed about combat animations is finishing moves.

it will be great if they will do. I always was thinking the same about the ralation between skill and animation.

more than animation Id like to see different combat ai so that fighting sword and shield guys requires different techniques than when fighting 1H weapon or 2H weapon types
