Kvatch Rising Help :l : IV

ok well i beat the mages guild quests so im the necromancer ones in kvatch, one prob. I cant find jeff master of academia anywhere!!!! i looked in every pub, on every street, in every house, everywhere! and he is no where to be found. can someone please tell me where he hangs out and when because i have been at this for days and i feel dumb D:

I'm a bit rusty on Kvatch Rising so apologies for the vagueness. I think the pub is the central one, has a military sort of name. Evening is the best time I think.

hmm idk i went there at 10pm and nope he wasnt there O_o , i checked every person there. are u sure thts where he is?

where xx is the load order position of Kvatch Rising (find this in Wrye Bash)

For the guy that linked to this, kvatch aftermath is a different mod then kvatch rising :facepalm:

This NPC is only available if you are in the mod's "4th era" and if you have not yet (in the mod Origins of the Mages Guild) seen the Synod established. 4th era means after completing the main quest of the vanilla game, so if you haven't completed the original game yet, this NPC is disabled. The Synod is what replaces the Mages Guild, and only exists in the mod Origins of the Mages Guild, and I believe only comes to pass during the 4th era, so if you're not using OMG, it is irrelevant, but if you are, and the Synod has been established, then again, this NPC is disabled.

Thus the only time the NPC will be enabled is during the 4th era, before the creation of the Synod.

The best place to find him is in the Kvatch Mages Guild, this is where he sleeps (every night, from midnight until 7am), eats (every morning from 7am until 8am), reads (every day from 9am until 5pm except when in the Kvatch Great Library), and wanders around when doing nothing else.
Otherwise, you can find him in the Kvatch Great Library (on Morndas, Middas and Fredas from 10am until 4pm), or else in the Kvatch Fighting 33rd Pub (in the evenings from 8pm until midnight).
