I'd give Brink an 85. If they improve the graphics I will give it an 87. If they add more game modes like infamous TDM (Please don't flame about this) and more challenges or some new types of game modes that SD could create I'd bump it up to 90 to 93, depending on how good the DLC or update is. If they add more guns and fluent gameplay, I'd move it up to a 95 or so. In reality, this game really deserves a high rating, so SD, make it happen! I can't wait to see what kind of updates and DLC they make. Too bad IGN hates this game and Metacritic's user score dropped the score by 3 points because of one idiot, and the critic score dropped to an 80 because of a few harsh critics. At the moment, Brink is just alittle above mediocre, nut I expect sometime in the near future the game will become better, and finally meet those grumpy critics' standards!

More challenges / new maps - probably.

TDM - will never, ever happen.

i give it a 90. i have been following Brink for 2 years, and was pleased with how it turned out. i can't rate the MP becuz i am on PS3 but i am positive it will be good. the only complaint i really have is the story is a bit vague, and if you don't pay attention to all of the mission ,resistance and security, you will get lost. after i finihsed the last security mision i had a better understanding of what was happening, but some things still didn't add up (such as the dates for missions, were resistance and security seem to have totally different calenders...)

still, i give it a 90, and will revise my score after i play mulitplayer.

thank you for minimizing your flaming and yes i am aware TDM will most likely never happen but i just want something that is NOT timed and is a new type of game mode, NOT objectives, tdm, ctf, etc...

let it grow on u. as i said before, it is a new kind of FPS and those never start out well. If there is a Brink 2, i guarantee u it will be MUCH better, and dont forget how much money SD will make off selling the SMART tech to companies...

Despite what everyone else is saying I love Brink. I haven't been able to play much since my game BSoDs on me but I got a very active thread on SD's forums about it so it should get fixed soon I hope.
