Vampires from different parts of Tamriel

I've often wondered since reading the book in TES4 called http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Immortal_Blood; what are the other variations of vampires like and what traits do they have?

In Immortal Blood it breifly says:

He wanted to know about the vampires of eastern Skyrim. I told him about the most powerful tribe, the Volkihar, paranoid and cruel, whose very breath could freeze their victims' blood in the veins. I explained to him how they lived beneath the ice of remote and haunted lakes, never venturing into the world of men except to feed.

-----------------------------------------

"Now you must tell me about the vampires of northern Valenwood."

I did as he asked, and once again, his questions taxed my knowledge. There were many tribes to cover. The Bonsamu who were indistinguishable from Bosmer except when seen by candlelight. The Keerilth who could disintegrate into mist. The Yekef who swallowed men whole. The dread Telboth who preyed on children, eventually taking their place in the family, waiting patiently for years before murdering them all in their unnatural hunger.

then it also says:

And then you will tell me of the vampires of High Rock, and Hammerfell, and Elsweyr, and Black Marsh, and Morrowind, and the Sumurset Isles, yes?"

but because of the nature of the tale (which u will discover if u read the whole thing) it never actually gets around to describing them.

Does anyone have any knowledge on any of the other variations/traits/habits of vampires from other parts of Tamriel?

Even speculations, assumptions or guesses would be enough to quench my thirst. (as long as it doesnt involve the words: Clamato, emo, volkswagon or chuck norris)

My main interest is the vampires of elsweyr, as when i RP one of my recurring characters is a vampire khajiit who was born and "reborn" in elsweyr, and i would like to know more so i can affix correct lore to him.

and as a final point. i have only ever played morrowind and oblivion and so my vampire knowledge is limited to those two area's.

i know nothing of any vampires in daggerfall, arena or redguard.

I don't believe Khajiiti vampires are ever mentioned in lore. I'd just assume standard Vampire abilities as they appear in DF/OB/MW, perhaps with some special moon-related traits.

true, i did realise that there may not be anything special about them... its just from looking at those quotes from Immortal blood it seems to hint that vampires from each province are different in some way.

As it describes the valenwood and skyrim ones, and then says "And then you will tell me of the vampires of High Rock, and Hammerfell, and Elsweyr, and Black Marsh, and Morrowind, and the Summerset Isles, yes?"

and as Elsweyr is listed in there i was just curious as to whether anyone knew anything i didnt.

Bad word choice on my part. They are mentioned, but no actual information on them is mentioned (that I know of).
