Here is my post at Nexus that has been sitting there a while un-replied to:
Anyone know of a similar mod that is complete and works with city-changing mods?
Too bad this will never be complete.
Even IC wouldn't be too hard if you only do it for the homes in each quarter, ignoring the marketplace which has other routes, especially using other thieving mods.
I just wish I had the training, time, etc to learn this stuff.
Come to think of it, I haven't seen any windows I can get into in Chorrol, which leads me to think that this mod is not compatible with UL or any other mod that may change a city since this mod was (not) finished.
Not every window has to be done. The non-accessible windows could represent locked windows.

How Its done + Apology
First, I used a collision box mesh as a door. I placed a box on the outside of a building, then one on the inside.
When i link them to teleport inside/outside, I have to place 2 Teleport markers.
This was in total 770 Windows/teleport markers.
Now, my apology. I have not done Leyawiin, Skingrad or the Imperial City.
I simply ran out of steam. So many windows, same thing time after time.
I also wanted to get it out of the way, and move on to something more interesting.
So out of fear i never got around to releasing this, Ive decided just to release what i have.
Sorry for that, but at least you can still use the other 5 citys.
Unless there are any gamebreaking bugs etc, I will not come back to this mod.
If anyone wants to continue and finish the other 3 citys, Feel free, You have permission.

As I said, not all windows HAVE to be done, only important ones and/or occasional ones. If an NPC has a home with 5 windows, you could have just one available. In cities like Chorrol where there are no other ways into a home than the front door on most of them, you could have one window accessible from the back, and maybe a window accessible on the second floor for those without a balcony (use vine/rope arrows from TA).
