We have all experienced CTDs.
If you can't provide some basic info on the nature of your CTD this thread is pointless.

I apologize for lack of clarity. Whenever I try and go into the IC (I cannot try with fast travel because it is disabled. I have only tried it with two alternate start mods. I don't really see how spending the time trying to get a test character to walk all the way to the IC from Anvil or something would help.) it immediately CTDs.

Might not be connected to your CTDs in Imp City, but you should update MMM to 3.7b3PR3. UFCOM requires it, plus now you're running MMM esp's from two different releases.

Better Cities.esp is a dummy file to load the resources, the actual city plugins are what you are missing. I suggest making an OMOD from the BC archive it makes installing it a whole lot easier.

For the record I used BAIN (not to knock your suggestion or anything).

I found the subfolders with the actual better cities mods in them. Thanks to all that helped.
