Love the midnight reviews trying to compare it to Call of Duty.
IGN and Gamespot haven't been good sources for solid reviews in years.

What the hell is a lemming?

We don't support this kind of conduct on these forums. If this discussion was opened in a civil/proper way we could've had a discussion about it.

Sadly, it will be short lived.

A lemming- A member of a crowd with no originality or voice of his own. One who speaks or repeats only what he has been told - Dictionary. Gamespot and ign are lemmings.

People want this game to be great but in all out honesty it is far far from that! It should have been an arcade game for xbox 360.

I wouldnt say that, I would place a price point for the game at $50.

LOL! Game is trash. Let's hear the excuses you lemmings.

I don't see why so many people feel the need to flame bait others who might enjoy the game, especially when the rules say no flaming or trolling is allowed. :shakehead:

It should have been an arcade game for xbox 360.
Possibly, S8:Prejudice did that and it had even more content than Brink. This game's online doesn't even work for the XBOX; mostly everything the review said was true. Buffs are a total pain in the ass to since they're put on a face button and have to be manually distributed, sometimes against bots/people moving away from you. SMART is slow and I can't even see my legs which takes away from the immersion. The hair styles along with customization are ridiculously limited since they're pieced together in packages. However, the AI aren't terrible, although I didn't really see them outsmart me and I could tell they were bots. The medics the reviewer described as being non responsive might have been out of pips, I run dry all the time.

This isn't a $60 game even though its offline play is better than a lot the [censored] games that have recently came out. This game is going to turn out exactly like Shadowrun, I guaranfreakingtee it.
Anyway, I've had enough of your flamebaiting.

Saying a game isn't perfect when it obviously isn't =/= flame-bait or trolling.

are you kidding?!
-the operatives dont even do the main objectives for me while i protect them.
-medics just die all the time by tryin to sprint to the downed victim in a room with 5 enemies.
literally the only thing the AI gets right is killing and boofing. other than that theyre crap...

OT: the review is actually accurate cept i give it a 7 since it is alot of fun when it works. the graphics still svck even with the patch btw.

when im not crippled by lag (rarely) or distracted from delayed texture draw (both these thigns were reportedly addressed in the day one patch too huh) the game is excellent and really fun. Unfortunately it has majpr issues. New patch in next 3 days or whole community is bust.

Interestingly, the lowest metatcritic score - the dude who gave it a 1 or something - turned out to be someone who actually hadn't played much, as an enterprising journalist figured out.

I am locking this thread, not because someone doesn't like the game, or is harping on negative reviews, but because of flaming and other nonsense.
