Is there a leveling mod, that makes leveling like Fallout 3? : IV

I recently got Fallout 3, and when I first leveled, I loved how awesome it was.
What im wondering is there a mod that is like it, but not exactly the same(So no Perks(unless by chance the mod has these), and Attributes actually increase)

Nah...that makes it more like Dungeon&Dragons and the good old Gold Box and Inifinty Engine games, doesn't it? I haven't played Fallout 3, but I can't imagine it using that system.

Ahh, yeah, I suppose searching for just "Leveling" on Nexus would make me miss that.

I haven't played Fallout 3, but I can't imagine it using that system.

It's fairly close actually. While Oblivion XP doesn't have things like Perks, everything else about it is similar to the system Fallout 3 uses. It's certainly the one that comes the closest to it.
