Can someone please tell me much time had passed between Arena and daggerfall, and how much time passed between Daggerfall and Morrowind?

As I recall, it's about 5-10 years between the END or Arena (which itself took 10 years), and the start of Daggerfall. Cue a four year gap as I believe for Daggerfall, and then a fifteen year hiatus twixt the conclusion of Daggerfall and the start of Morrowind, give or take a few years. And as I recall, there's only a four year window between Morrowind's conclusion and Oblivion.

I thought it was more like 20 btw Morrowind and Oblivion.

The events of Arena occurred in 3E 399, Daggerfall began in 3E 405. So, six years between the two.

The events of Daggerfall ended in 3E 417, Morrowind began in 3E 427. So, twenty ten years between the two.

Morrowind ended (presumably) in 3E 432, Oblivion began in 3E 433. That's only a year span.

not to be rude but I think your math is wrong its 10 years between daggerfall and morrowind.

So from the start of Arena to the end of Oblivion its only been approx. 34 years? And now Skyrim jumps to 200 years past that? With only the Infernal City to tell a small tale of 40 years after Oblivion? Even with the new Elder Scrolls novel, there is an extremely large amount of things to be covered in Skyrim.

And you know what speaks the most about people's memories? Aside from a few references here and there, no one ever mentioned Ria Silvermane or the Eternal Champion afterwards.

I don't think people would rely solely on memory alone to remember this crisis. So I would say its not about memory.

I'm saying that you can save the world from destruction, you can cast down Imposter-Kings and destroy Giant Stompy Robots and in a few years time, people stop talking about you, recognizing you, and even just forget about you.

Its a logic gap that they never really fixed....where was the eternal champion for the oblivion crisis? Surely the emporer's strongest and most trusted guard would have been around to help.

I conclude that Jauffre is the eternal Champion, (or Caius Cosades, it seems to fit that the champion would want to retire after aout 50 years and Caius and Jauffre fit the age apporoximately, Caius is also mysterious enough) what i want to know is why General Warhaft wasn't the headf of the blades
