Are there any good caps removers? I have a couple old mods that altered caps up to 200 but as I recall they had some issues and they are the only ones I find through google. thanks

This is an OBSE plugin. If you don't use OBSE, I think you're out of luck for anything.

Along with that mod I also use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19245, which fills in some of the missing areas Ely's mod doesn't touch.
